Working in the patent field for over fifteen years, Jeff has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of disciplines including telecommunications, electrical, mechanical, optical, and software-related technologies in the US and Canadian Patent Offices.

Jeff also has considerable experience in filing Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications and then managing the prosecution of corresponding National Phase applications in several major Patent Offices, including the European, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and Australian Patent Offices.

Jeff practised oil and gas law and intellectual property law for over fifteen years prior to becoming a patent agent.
